Seattle Magazine Fumbles With “How to Hunt for Bigfoot in Washington State”

Seattle Magazine’s August 2018 article, How to Hunt for Bigfoot in Washington State, asks research biologist Ranae Holland, Finding Bigfoot’s lone skeptic and often voice of reason, how to find Bigfoot in Washington State. Holland received her Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences at the University of Washington, where she was selected for and worked with the distinguished Alaska Salmon Program. She regularly works for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), as well as private entities. One of her recent field research efforts was focused on steelhead behavior in the Umpqua River basin in South Central Oregon.

The suggestions Seattle Magazine collected are pretty milquetoast and the use of the term “hunt for Bigfoot” carries connotations of camouflage and rifles.

Also remember when researching an area of activity, no single database has a comprehensive list of Bigfoot sightings.
