SUMMARY:2024 Sasquatch Family Reunion
DESCRIPTION:The ninth annual Sasquatch Family Reunion camp out is Friday\, June 7th through Tuesday June 11th\, 2024 in Kettle Falls\, WA. This four-day global gathering and camp out includes group activities like sharing circles\, playshops\, ceremonies and meditations\, music/song circles\, swap shops and trade circles\, community meals\, and many opportunities to heal\, learn and socialize with kindred spirits. There are many places and spaces to commune with nature and our Sasquatch Elders and Star Family. \nThe theme for the 2024 reunion is “Sacred\, Psychic and Interspecies Communications.”  The workshops and sharing circles will relay many experience and teachings about the many ways to communicate with sasquatch and fairy realms\, star elders\, ancestors\, animals\, plants\, crystals\, ourselves and each other.  Many talks will include topics about our connection with nature\, telepathy\, sacred symbols and frequencies\, ancient languages and alphabets\, dream walking\, plant walks\, meditations\, and much more. \nThe Sasquatch Family Reunion and other Sacred Spirit gatherings supports a spiritual and ecological approach to healing ourselves\, our planet\, and our collective consciousness. We are all children of Mother Earth\, together co-creating peace and compassion for all living beings. Our group activity facilitators will share their personal experiences with multidimensional beings as well as knowledge and wisdom to assist in learning Universal truths\, healing ourselves and relationships\, integrating polarities and assist in conscious co-creation. This gathering drug and alcohol-free. \nLOCATION & CAMPING\nThe location of the 2024 Sasquatch Family Reunion is at the Locust Grove group campsite at Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area in Kettle Falls\, WA. This location is also the old historic town of Kettle Falls before it was relocated prior to the completion of the Grand Coulee Dam in 1942.\nThe camping area has space for 100 guests in tents\, RVs and vehicles. The campsite is one large area and does not have designated campsites. There are no hookups available for RVs but there are a few water spigots around the campground and electrical power outlets at the pavilion/kitchen to use for things like charging phones\, crock pots\, radio\, etc. The group camp has pit toilets only and they will be cleaned and restocked daily. Flush toilets\, sinks and outdoor showers are available within a half mile. The group camp also has two large fire pits\, a couple dozen picnic benches\, hiking trails and close access to swimming. Pets are allowed if restrained at all times. \nGuests may arrive on Friday 6/7/24 after 10am unless prior arrangements are made with the organizer to camp on Thursday. Additional camping is also available for the evening of 6/11. Additional camping is also available for the evening of 6/11. \nBelow is the tentative daily schedule for Saturday 6/8\, Sunday 6/9 and Monday 6/10/24.  \n8:15 – 9:00am    Breakfast\n9:15 – 10:30am     Group Morning Circle\n10:45 – 12:00pm    Playshops\n12:30 – Lunch and Swap Shop\n1:45 – 3:00pm    Playshops\n3:15 – 4:30pm    Playshops\n5:00pm  – Dinner and Swap Shop\n6:30 – 8:00pm    Group Activity \nThe playshop schedule will be posted here when it is available.  \nMEALS\nWe ask that everyone attending who is able\, to please volunteer a 1 hour shift sometime throughout the four day event to helping in the community kitchen. There will be a dry erase board where volunteers can choose the day\, time and task best suited to them. Volunteer options will be meal prep\, serving\, and clean up tasks. Scholarships are available for those who volunteer 6+ hours for the kitchen.\nWe will be serving one meal and snacks on Friday around 4pm that will be available throughout the evening as guests arrive.\n– Breakfast is available Saturday – Tuesday between 8:15 – 9:00am and will have items such as fruit\, cereal\, eggs\, potatoes\, breads\, grains\, pastries\, cheese\, nuts\, coffee/tea\, etc.\n– Lunch is served Saturday – Monday at 12:30pm and there is “Swap Shop” time afterwards to visit with guests\, receive and offer services\, go on a short hike\, run an errand in town\, etc. before the next playshop begins.\n– Dinner is served Saturday – Monday at 5:30pm with free time afterwards before the evening ceremony. \nGuests are encouraged to bring their own favorite foods and snacks for personal use. Please bring your own dishes/utensils if possible but if you are unable to\, they are provided. Reusable drinking containers are encouraged. We ask that everyone wash their own dishes in the community kitchen to minimize trash. Dispose of trash properly and pack in/pack out as much as you can personally. \nOFFERINGS and SWAP SHOP\nGuests are welcome to bring items or offer services for trade or other agreed upon form of energy exchange. Setup can be at your camp or a designated area if you are not camping. Lunch and dinner times are extended to allow time to offer/receive services. There are no vendor passes\, just a day pass or full reunion pass. Some services regularly offered are tarot and astrology readings\, body work\, drum journey\, spiritual or energy tools\, art\, and books written by guests. We encourage gifting and bartering and will also have a trade blanket ceremony in the evening to exchange special items. If you would like to participate in the trade blanket\, bring some items that would be nice for exchange with others like handmade or wild-crafted items for example. \nWHAT TO BRING\nIt is best to be as self-sustaining as possible\, so whatever camping gear and supplies you can bring would be helpful. Many guests are flying in from out of state and cannot conveniently bring camping gear\, so if you have any extras to loan to others\, it would be appreciated. Needed items are tents\, canopies\, sleeping bags\, beds\, bedding\, etc.\nA few suggested items to bring are flashlights\, batteries\, blankets\, your own dishes (plate\, bowl\, cup\, and utensils)\, firewood\, snacks\, musical instruments\, items to barter/trade\, materials for workshops like notebook and pen\, and we gladly welcome and encourage anything that makes you unique… costumes included! We love to learn what tools and tricks you use to assist you in your enlightening journey and you’re welcome to “show and tell” in our sharing circles. \nREGISTRATION & TICKETS\nRegistration is open to anyone that wishes to attend. Children 13 and under are free.  Scholarships are available for volunteer positions. Checkout is Tuesday 6/11 at noon. Additional nights camping are available on Thursday 6/6 and Tuesday 6/11 for $20 more per person. Price includes meals for the full day. If you wish to stay an additional day for events\, please also purchase a day pass. Colville is the next closest town\, about a 15-20 minute drive from the reunion location where there is a Walmart\, several grocery stores and three larger motels: Comfort Inn\, Benny’s Colville Inn and Selkirk Motel. \nThere is a natural market in Kettle Falls called Meyers Falls Market that I recommend for your food\, sanitation\, and herbal medicinal needs (and be sure to check out the antique store next to it!)\, especially if you are looking for the healthiest options.  \nOther reservations for Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area must be made at recreation.gov.

A sought-after speaker\, Matt also produces and edits the podcast Bigfoot & Beyond with Cliff and Bobo\, solidifying his influence in Sasquatch research.  \nCliff Barackman\nCliff Barackman has been a leading figure in Bigfoot research since 1994\, conducting expeditions across 46 states and five continents.
