The Swift Reservoir is a reservoir on the Lewis River located in Skamania County.

That is a human footprint fabricated to look otherwise. It is a poor effort. Boo.
I’d definitely say it looks human, and maybe the photographer thought it seemed strange. It doesn’t seem to contain characteristics of other prints, and compared to the visible shoe imprint near it, it’s size seems average.
